Yes. Age restrictions may vary depending on the VR content. Some experiences may be suitable for all ages, while others might have age or height restrictions. It's recommended to read the game descriptions when booking, or looking through the games category for the game age ratings, or even ask the staff for guidance.

Thursdays: 5pm - 10pm

Fridays: 1pm - 11pm

Saturdays: 11am - 11pm

Sundays: 2pm - 8pm

No. Food and/or drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

The "Headset Only" experience provides a basic VR setup where you can enjoy a wide variety of games. You'll have full freedom of movement within the virtual environment using only hand controllers without additional physical components.  

The "Basic Chair" experience adds a dynamic element to your VR session. You'll have a comfortable chair that responds to in-game movements, enhancing your immersion. This is an excellent choice for those looking for a more relaxed yet engaging virtual experience.

The "Advanced Chair" experience takes VR to the next level. In addition to the dynamic chair, you'll have access to haptic feedback, vibrations, and other sensory enhancements that synchronize with the virtual world. This option is ideal for thrill-seekers and those who want a fully immersive and realistic adventure.  

Ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before your session begins so that you can check-in and be briefed for your session. If it is your first time playing virtual reality, arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can use the extra time to show you the basics of using the virtual reality headset and the controller.

Multiverse Games offers sessions for the Headset Only, Basic Chair and Advanced Chair, and Rollercoaster. Headset Only sessions start at 15 minutes, Basic and Advanced chairs are at 10 minute intervals, and the Rollercoaster is at a 2 minute intervals.
